Our full range of manufacturing services allows us to meet virtually any contract blending and manufacturing requirements in the nutrition and wellness, personal care, and pet product market spaces. We are able to formulate, encapsulate, and package any number of product configurations.
Formulation
Our in-house labs are staffed by experienced product formulation teams who are ready to assist in product development and custom formulations. We deliver highly consistent blends that are tested for quality and formulated for superior performance. Through our ability to do pilot runs of new formulations, short runs to support market testing and staged launch initiatives, and scaled-up production batches, our formulation teams are with you every step of the way.
Encapsulation
Our encapsulation equipment operates in positive airflow, Class 100 clean room environments, allowing us to produce high volumes of gelatin and vegetarian capsules quickly and efficiently. These state-of-the-art systems include automatic and semi-automatic machines, with the ability to scale production to meet any requirement. We can encapsulate virtually any powder-based vitamin, herbal, or supplement blend within two-piece clear or colored capsules.
Packaging
We perform in-house packaging of powders, liquids, and capsules. Our automated and semi-automated packaging operations are able to accommodate nearly any packaging requirement. Services include form, fill, and seal capabilities, product assembly, packaging and pouching, labeling, and case-packing for jars, bottles, pouches, stick packs, and other custom solutions.
